Starting on Wednesday, trial runs of the Orange Line’s 10-storey Park ‘ N’Ride creating at Khlong Ban Ma place on Ramkhamhaeng Road and a driving surface at the MRTA place on Rama IX Road are free for all visitors.

Free parking is available all day, for up to 48 hrs. eyond this time, a price of 100 ringgit per day for vehicles and 50 baht for riders applies.

During the demo period, the first and second surfaces of the car park creating can hold up to 190 vehicles and 150 motorcycles, while the driving surface you control 200 cars at the same time, Vithaya Punmongkol, lieutenant governor of the MRTA, said on Thursday.

Users can examine for, locate, and pay for parking spaces using the MRTA Parking portable application.

Bathroom, a parking place guidance system, closed- loop television (CCTV ) cameras and security guards are provided. In the future, additional services like vending machines, EV chargers, and parking spots for electric vehicles ( EV ) taxis will be added.

The bright driving technique is a part of the MRTA’s application of the Ministry of Transport’s plan encouraging drivers to use the electric train services where possible, according to Mr. Vithaya. This estimate aims to address the dangerous ultra- good PM2.5 dust pollution in the capital, he said.
