SINGAPORE: This year’s CNA Summit digits in on” Trade-offs in Leadership”, exploring how today’s Directors balance the critical factors that determine whether an organisation flourishes or flounders. The keynote address will be delivered by Minister for National Development and Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration Desmond Lee on Thursday ( Feb 20 ) at Pan Pacific Singapore.
Visitors can anticipate an evening filled with insightful remarks from leading business figures like DBS Group CEO Piyush Gupta, Citi Singapore Country Officer and Banking Head Tibor Pandi, Singlife Group CEO Pearlyn Phau, OPPO’s President for APAC Andy Shi, and ST Telemedia President & Group CEO Stephen Miller.
CNA will host the mountain live from 1:30 p.m. on its site, YouTube channel, and LinkedIn section, with Elizabeth Neo hosting a specific broadcast featuring discussions with business leaders before the main program kicks off at 2 p.m.
Following the presentation, the limelight shifts to two fluid panel discussions. The second tackles pressing inner challenges- believe talent management, resource allocation, institutional design, leadership style, and social transformation. The next looks downward, examining physical trade-offs such as customer expectations, adapting to evolving markets, forging strategic partnerships, meeting governmental requirements, and sustaining brand popularity.
