Times Bookstores to close last outlet at Holland Road

The Southeast Asian-based Fraser and Neave team, which has firms in the F&amp, B, and printing and publishing areas, owns the shop, which was established in 1978. Times even operated stores in Malaysia.

It offers trophies across a wide range of styles, such as son’s books, attitude and non-fiction.

The closure of Times Bookstores ‘ final location comes after a number of similar moves over the past five years.

Its Marina Square and Paragon shops were shut down in 2021, and its Centrepoint business shut down in 2019.

The Jelita shop will be the last remaining location of the company after it shut down its Plaza Singapura and Waterway Point branches earlier this year.
