On the sidelines of the mountain, the Ukraine head met with delegates from different countries, including , Indonesia’s chairman- choose Prabowo Subianto, a group from the US Congress, as well as the president of Timor- Leste, Jose Ramos- Horta.
According to a Pentagon official, Mr. Zelenskyy and US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin spoke for more than an hour about their plans to “intensify the proper military collaboration between the United States and Ukraine.”
The Shangri-La Dialogue is Asia’s top defense conference to debate pressing safety issues in the Asia-Pacific. One of the main topics discussed at this year’s speech was security support for Ukraine.
Since the war, Russia has not been present at the Shangri-La Dialogue.  ,
