PHUKET: Police in Thalang area are looking into a horse owner’s problem that a younger foreigner had molested and miscarried his female horse.
According to Pol Col Nikorn Chuthong, captain of the Thalang place, the 50-year-old horse owner, who was only identified as Chatrote, reported to police that a foreigner had entered his horse plantation on Soi Bang Sai in tambon Pa Khlok.
