In the social type, Phu Phra Bat Historical Park Udon Thani has been designated Thailand’s five cultural identity page and has been designated a Unesco World Heritage site.

The World Heritage Committee‘s 46th conference was held on Saturday in New Delhi, making the charter. According to the reference, the garden was described as” a testament to the Dvaravati period’s Sma stone tradition.”

The committee noted that while the materials used to create sacred limit markers for areas of Theravada Buddhist religious practice vary, the Khorat Plateau region in Southeast Asia is the only place where stones are frequently used.

Culture Minister Sudawan Wangsuphakijkosol reported that the list brings Thailand’s total number of cultural World Heritage sites to five, bringing the total to five. It is also the next archaeological site in Udon Thani after the Ban Chiang Archaeological Site, which was added in 1992.

Next month, Unesco listed Si Thep Historical Park in Phetchabun. Sukhothai Historical Park, Ayutthaya Historical Park, and Ban Chiang Archaeological Site in Udon Thani are the other three World Heritage sites in the ethnic class.

For Thai and international visitors to simultaneously honor the list, the Fine Arts Department has announced that entrance charges to the area will be waived between July 28 and August 12.
