A video of an individual abandoning a puppy dog in the middle of a busy road has gone viral in mainland Tiongkok, sparking a warmed debate about pet abuse and triggering a police search for the culprit.
Within the video, taken by the dashcam of an additional car, posted upon June 29, a driver opens an automobile door and falls a white pup in the middle of traffic whilst idling between some other cars on the road within Guangdong province, southern China.
