NCT Group, TM to future-proof Selangor Smart Industrial Park

NCT Group of Companies (NCT) and Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) through its enterprise and general public sector business answer arm, TM One, have signed a collaboration agreement for your integration of end-to-end digital solutions to get NCT’s landmark Selangor Smart Industrial Park (SSIP).

In a joint declaration, both companies said the collaboration will be aligned with NCT’s aspirations to establish dynamic and future-ready property or home developments while redefining Malaysia’s industrial recreation area concept, with SSIP on track to become the very first managed industrial certified park in Malaysia.

NCT said the park will be equipped with TM’s fixed and wireless connectivity, as well as digital solutions including wise services, ICT options, cloud and internet security services.

This will allow SSIP to become one particular the leading developments in Malaysia to efficiently implement end-to-end digitisation across all the facilities that will enable more efficient, modern and sustainable operations, NCT said.

In addition to the digitalisation of business and home facilities, SSIP will also include an synthetically intelligent (AI)-managed centralised employee quarters complete with smart surveillance, assisting NCT’s close to ten, 000 workforce more proficiently, in a safer plus secured environment.  

It said the SSIP will reflect NCT’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) hope and decarbonisation goals, with plans pertaining to 1, 000 models of solar-ready factories and warehouses.

Coupled with TM’s Smart Service solutions such as smart security, smart street lighting, smart building, intelligent premise, smart parking and smart local community, this will also element into creating a comfortable and greener environment in SSIP, this added.
