SINGAPORE: The Pink Moon still dazzled on Wednesday ( Apr 24 ) night despite cloudy conditions over Singapore.
The beautiful full sun framed by Housing Board stones was shared by Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong in a picture.  ,
” Did you manage to get the whole Pink Moon now despite the cloudy clouds”? he said on Facebook and Instagram.
Did you know that the” Pink Moon” was never given the name” Pink Moon” because it is colored red but because it is colored red because spring flowers rose at this time of year”?”
Despite its name, April’s complete sun is not meant to be of a red hue.  ,
According to the Science Centre Observatory (SCOB ) of Singapore, it is actually named after the green phlox flowers that bloom in North America in the springtime.  ,
