Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad (Mavcap) has announced the appointment of Noor Amy Ismail as chief operating officer (COO) and Paramjit Singh Gill as chief investment officer (CIO) efficient Aug 1 .

She has also co-founded a logistic plus self-storage SME since 2006.
Having spent yrs in London, she has contributed to the United Kingdom’s (UK) department associated with business, energy, industrial and strategy. She gets also co-founded two food and beverage outlets in Bayswater, Greater london, Mavcap said.
She is the Sloan Fellow from the London Business School and currently the Doctoral (PhD) candidate at Brunel University, London, specialising in Malaysia’s SMEs inter-collaboration framework for digital adoption, the firm said.
Noor Amy is an also council member of a global social impact NGO supported by Social Value International, this added.
Meanwhile, Paramjit has extensive experience spanning over 13 years in regional business investment banking, structured finance and private equity finance.
Paramjit (pic) started his career at Maybank Investment Financial institution Berhad and subsequently joined OCBC Financial institution Berhad as movie director and country mind of Malaysia for Mezzanine Capital Device, Mavcap said.
During their tenure, he led various regional business transactions across the bank’s core markets addressing various sectors and industries, the company said.
