SINGAPORE: On Saturday, January 6, a 65-year-old gentleman was detained on suspicion of murder after his neighbor’s body was discovered there.
At around 8.20 am, a domestic unit reportedly called for assistance, according to the police.
When they arrived, they discovered a 43-year-old girl lying still inside the apartment. She was later declared deceased by doctors.
The child of the deceased, a five-year-old boy, was taken aware to the hospital.
At the landscape, the man was taken into custody.  , A weapon that was thought to have been used in the event was taken.

Around a second-floor apartment in the building, police officials were spotted. At around 11.25 am, the believe was led into a police vehicle while donning an escorted light personal protective coat and face mask.
