Grab launches US$1 million annual scholarship, bursary programme at opening of Singapore headquarters

EXPANDED SUPPORT PERTAINING TO MERCHANTS

At the official opening of Grab’s head office at one-north company park, the company furthermore announced another initiative –  GrabMerchant Centre – to help small enterprises thrive online.

“Grab has been helping small businesses come online in the past two years. With the one-on-one business consultations with Grab’s account managers, merchant-partners may tap Grab’s Southeast Asia network plus access data insights, it added.  

“Account managers will provide devoted consultations to strategies long- term development plans and provide workable business insights to assist merchant-partners grow to another level, ” mentioned Grab.

The one-on-one business consultations were piloted earlier this year.  

Additionally , the merchant-partners can subscribe to a “merchant concierge service” to get direct support in solving operational issues, ensuring their own delivery business runs smoothly and reduces downtime, added Grab.  

The GrabMerchant Centre will also frequently organise upskilling training courses to help merchant-partners remain up to date with industry trends and advancements.
