According to EC president Itthiporn Boonpracong, the commission is currently working on a group dissolution petition it received against the Bhumjaithai Party.

The EC was gathering evidence to refute an incident that Saksayam Chidchob, the party secretary-general, received donations from a design company that the EC had previously received.

The Constitutional Court imposed a suspension on Mr. Saksayam as minister for allegedly concealing stocks in Burijarearn Construction Limited Partnership, giving him the authority to run the business. A government minister is prohibited by the law from having such a interest in a business.

The Bhumjaithai disintegration case will only be forwarded to the EC’s major committee when the EC has enough evidence to support the claim, according to Mr. Itthiporn. He added this section may then choose whether to pursue Bhumjaithai’s breakdown.

Anutin Charnvirakul, the party’s president, claimed there is no need for the group to be in a state of panic over the dissolution research.

Nevertheless, it cannot afford to be careless about the likelihood of defection, either. The group’s legitimate group was looking into the matter and preparing a defence, he said.

Bhumjaithai “has complete trust in the country’s criminal system,” and it will take that even if the Constitutional Court determines that the party is at fault.

” But, if the jury raises any concerns about the alleged misconduct, the group stands ready to explain, “he said.

He claimed that he does not think Bhumjaithai will go through the same fate as the Move Forward Party ( MFP).

The main opposition MFP was set to break on Tuesday by the EC, citing the court’s most recent ruling opposing the party’s position on the stability majeste law.

On January 31, the jury unanimously decided that the MFP’s efforts to alter Part 112 of the Criminal Code threatened the constitutional king.

Additionally, the court ordered the defendant to stop all efforts to modify Area 112.

It claimed that Section 49 of the Constitution had been violated by campaigning on the subject.

In the event that Bhumjaithai was disbanded, Mr. Anutin claimed it was early to consider starting a new celebration.

Mr. Anutin responded by simply smiling and stating that there has n’t been a resolution on Tuesday when asked if he anticipated MFP MPs from leaving Bhumjaithai in light of the EC’s decision.
