Fighting between dictatorship forces and ethnic armed parties took place in the northern border region close to China.

Officials have been given instructions by Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin to assist in the return of 162 Thais who are being held captive by Myanmar troops and an ally of ethnic armed groups in Laukkai, a border area between China and Myanmar.

According to Mr. Srettha, the 162 Thais were being saved and given safe haven by the Thai consulate in Yangon and Myanmar government. All Thais from the region are currently being repatriated, according to state official Chai Wacharonke on Friday.

Khamtan, 51, the mind of the professional team at the restaurant that was completely destroyed by fire, claimed he hurried to the scene after learning about the fire. He claimed that because the restaurant’s building was made of metal, wood, and PVC sheets, the fire spread rapidly.

Police were looking into the event and thought the fire might have started as a result of an electrical short circuit.

The Wine Ayutthaya announced on Facebook on Friday that the flames would cause the restaurant to close permanently.
