SOME FIRMS’ Engagement Price IMPROVED

Public relations strong Brand Cellar has made the job design a possibility for its staff despite the difficulties with task sharing for PMETs.

Some just work a few days a year because they require more time to care for their old or young children.

These people make up about 20 per share of the firm’s staff.

Even though they had to provide more notebooks for more workers, Brand Cellar managing chairman Joanne Ho reported that employees loyalty has improved. Due to job sharing, things are divided among several crew members.

According to Ms. Ho, the business has been doing work sharing for 20 years. Some problems cropped up first, such as no getting “the right employees” or experiencing “a bunch of attrition”, but that has since changed.

“We type of produce the work piece, but they’re able to work from house. It is heartening to see that many skilled individuals are employed remotely, ” she continued.

” It’s very fulfilling because ( this work arrangement ) helps them, and by helping them, it helps us as well. A lot of them ( have a ) very, very good attitude, because they appreciate the job, and we appreciate that a lot as well. “

Even though the logistics firm’s costs immediately increased by 50 % due to the need to hire more drivers, Mr. Shazuan from D’Trans also claimed that job sharing has been a win for the transportation firm over the long run.

Since the change to work sharing, their owners have not complained about being tired, according to Mr. Shazuan, and they are “definitely happier”.

Despite the difficulties, we anticipate that it will help us maintain stability in our activities in the future. Therefore because it’s steady, and we are running good, we will get more deals in the long term and increase our profits, ” he added.
