Woman who allegedly fractured 2-month-old baby’s skull by dropping her gets charge upgraded to murder

SINGAPORE: A woman who was originally billed with causing grievous hurt to an infant simply by dropping her forcefully into a cot has already established her charge improved to murder.

Singaporean Sim Liang Xiu, twenty nine, was handed the main city charge on Friday (Feb 3). She actually is now accused associated with causing the death associated with baby Zabelle Peh Yu Xuan.
