A woman was detained for stealing a brand-new Truck from a Bangkok store, where the user left her secured car idling with the heat heating on for her pet cat while she went to buy coffee.

The 39-year-old believe was found in the stolen dark Honda HR-V on Nak Niwat 16 Road in Lat Phrao area around 10.50pm on Wednesday, ending a nine-hour research. Around 2 o’clock at the The Street Ratchada shopping center on Ratchadaphisek Road in the Din Daeng area, the robbery took place.

According to the Huai Khwang police station’s commander, Pol Col Prasopchoke Iampinit, the suspect had trouble responding to police inquiries. Her daughter’s family claimed that she received treatment in Khon Kaen territory for mental illness and that she had been treated there.

Although taking the remote code with her, the SUV’s owner left the doors open and the engine running as she entered the mall, according to Pol Col Prasopchoke.

Witnesses attempted to stop the car’s leave after witnessing the robbery, which left a policeman and a security guard with minor injuries when they were struck. A second driver attempted to hinder the fleeing car, but was hit.
