Why is India PM Modi’s BJP party not contesting the election in Kashmir?

Kashmir is still one of the world’s most militarized parts immediately.

In recent years, the BJP has been working hard to gain more supporters and attract more citizens to Kashmir.

Despite Mr. Modi’s says that Kashmiris support the removal of the special position, his party is not running for any of the three tickets. &nbsp,

According to experts, losing would have resulted in a mouth lost for the BJP if it had won in Kashmir, which would have stifled Mr. Modi’s claims.

However, the party has fielded applicants in two chairs in Hindu- lot Jammu and one in Ladakh, all of which it had won in the previous vote.

Local officials worry that bringing Pakistan-administrated Kashmir under India’s control will only increase regional tensions and lead to reprisal from the Muslim troops. The ruling side’s leaders have also been discussing this issue. &nbsp,

Voting attendance, according to experts, does play a significant role in local sentiment. In 2019, voter participation in the region was less than 40 per share.
