Pleasant to Shwe Kokko, a brand new town sat in one of Asia’s poorest walls, alleged to have been built on the money of scams.

Sat on the Myanmar-Thai borders, it’s home to a profitable yet lethal connection of fraud, money-laundering and human trafficking. The person behind it, She Zhijiang, is languishing in a Bangkok prison, awaiting repatriation to China.
