About 100 people who are also battling the fire’s spread in Rayong state have lodged grievances with the provincial professional regulators, who eventually approved it.

Win Process was established in 2010 as a reuse company utilizing waste from Rayong’s chemical flowers. Its stores are located in Ban Khai district’s tambon Bang But.

Nearby residents expressed concern about the plant’s economic harm in 2021. The Rayong Provincial Court ordered the business to remove toxic waste and give the affected villagers 20.82 million baht in settlement in 2022.

The firm entered debt proceedings. The business waste remained in its substance, stored in five properties. It comprised waste, chemicals, contaminated sand, ancient oil, used tyres, acids and other industrial spend including cheap scrap and circuit boards.

Kachornpong Siriwisut, an expert with the Department of Industrial Works, said the blaze began&nbsp, on Monday night, at a time when it should not have been heated enough to start the incident.
