SINGAPORE: Some StarHub users were unable to watch the English Premier League ( EPL ) broadcast on Sunday( Sept 3 ), for the second time in less than a month. Disgruntled customers left comments on the telco’s social media platforms.
The televised launch of Liverpool’s EPL activity against Aston Villa and the Formula One Italian Grand Prix were both reportedly impacted, according to complaints from some members who either reported being unable to log into their StarHub Television application or were informed that it was partially absent due to a system upgrade. Both activities began at 9 p.m.

At 10.10 p.m. on Sunday, StarHub responded to CNA’s questions by acknowledging that some consumers had experienced issues, with the majority of those issues appearing to have been resolved.
According to StarHub, some customers may have had trouble logging into our TV service. They can now watch the Premier League lived game thanks to the support we have given them.
When some StarHub users were unable to see the EPL programme on August 12, the season’s opening weekend, as a result of unsuccessful attempts to register into the network, angry customers even took to social media to express their frustration. & nbsp,
In response, the company announced on August 14 that the issues with its EPL transmit had been resolved a day after the complaints surfaced.
