St Andrew’s Secondary School student disciplined after threatening to ‘end’ staff member’s life

SINGAPORE: A St Andrew’s Secondary School student has been disciplined by the school after he was captured in a video threatening to end a staff member’s life.  

In response to CNA’s queries on Wed (Aug 24), St Andrew’s Secondary School said that the school understands the incident and takes “a serious view on disrespectful conduct towards staff”.

“We have also involved the student’s mother and father, and will work carefully with them to counsel and guide him, ” they additional.

In the video clip, which is making its rounds on social media, the student is observed confronting a staff associate. The 56-second movie, comprising various videos, shows the man telling the student never to scold him. The student responds by saying: “What will you do about it? ”

The employee can be heard frequently saying: “Don’t scold me with the four-letter word”. In response, the particular student asks your pet to “get the bloody life first”.

In subsequent clips, the pupil is seen approaching the particular staff member who shouts: “Don’t touch myself. ” The college student then tells the person to “watch your mouth”, before adding: “I will end your life right now. ”

Students could be heard laughing in the background. Another man in a blue shirt can be seen trying to split up the confrontation.
