South Korea military warns of more trash-filled balloons from North Korea

The North Korean Constitutional Court last month upheld the 2020 regulation that criminalized the giving of anti-Pyongyang advertising leaflets to the northeast, calling it an unfair restraint on free speech.

However, South Korean activists continued to resist, and in the same time, Pyongyang formally cut off all formal military and political conversation channels and blew up an inter-Korean contact office on its side of the border by blaming the anti-North leaflets.

The North Korean Constitutional Court ruled in favor of the 2020 law, which criminalized the distribution of anti-Pyongyang advertising flyers to the North, and called it an excessive restriction on free speech.

The girlfriend of North Korean leader Kim and fellow-leader Kim made fun of Seoul by complaining about the trash-filled balloons this fortnight. Seoul has previously argued that Seoul should be ashamed of its actions in the past.
