SINGAPORE: Senior Minister Teo Chee Hean is visiting Germany for the launch of the Republic of Singapore Navy’s ( RSN) fourth Invincible-class submarine named Inimitable, the Prime Minister’s Office ( PMO ) said on Saturday ( Apr 20 ).
From April 21 to April 24, Mr. Teo, who is also the Coordinating Minister for National Security, did make the running attend to Kiel and Berlin.
He will match with German Federal Minister of Defense Boris Pistorius in Kiel and attend the release of the underwater.
While in Berlin, Mr Teo may meet Wolfgang Schmidt, the German Federal Minister for Special Affairs and Chancellery Head, and another senior safety figures.
They will talk about important aspects of bilateral cooperation and trade ideas on regional and global innovations, according to PMO.
Mr. Teo may become accompanied by Heng Chee How, the senior minister of state for defense, and representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the defense department, and the ministry of foreign affairs.
