SINGAPORE: A pilot sexually assaulted one of his female passengers while offering to take them on an illegal private-hire platform.  ,
Muhammad Shaharudin Abdul Wahid, 29, received a one-year, four-month jail sentence, two wood strokes, and four months in prison for his crimes on May 7.  ,
The delivery vehicle admitted guilt on three counts, including one involving receiving a person’s sexual needs for attention while they were under the age of 18.

He inquired about the woman’s physical history, ex-boyfriends, and other factors during the journey.  ,
The target declined to be identified as a mother when he inquired whether she was. She was reluctant , to go into details about her physical activities.  ,
As the girl was about to leave the car at Bugis Junction, Shaharudin informed her that the drop-off place was only intended for cars and suggested that he take her to a different one about 20 minutes later. The target agreed.

The target instructed the victim to quit and gave him a push-away. Shaharudin persisted, but she placed her computer next to her hip to obstruct him.  ,
When the vehicle came to a stop at a red light, he even sexually assaulted her underneath her garments.  ,
Minutes later, he suggested dropping the sufferer off somewhere else, but she declined. Shaharudin continued to travel through Guillemard Road and Geylang.  ,
At the defendant’s conviction, Shaharudin agreed to send her up to Bugis Junction, but he exposed himself during the trip.  ,
He therefore tried to force the person’s head and hand towards his vagina. The person’s hand came into contact with his testicles recently. After this, he molested the frightened victim , under her clothes for several more hours.  ,
After paying the suffer, the victim was finally picked up at around 7.21 p.m.  ,
When she met her companion, who told her to report to the police, she fell asleep. The target followed suit the following day.  ,

OFFERED YOUNGER VICTIM A FREE RIDE
In March last month, Shaharudin preyed on the younger prey. Through a group chat on” Bike Hitch” on Facebook, this victim had asked for a drive home from her class and offered to pay S$ 15. Shaharudin accepted the position.  ,
The sufferer, dressed in her class dress, wanted to sit at the back of the vehicle, but Shaharudin made her sit in front.  ,
He offered to give her a complimentary journey if she sexually assaulted him while she was traveling. The target accepted his offer and carried out the action.  ,
Jocelyn Teo, the deputy public attorney, argued for two to four cane strokes and an 18 to 21-month word.  ,
Ms. Teo cited Shaharudin’s malice as an aggravating factor because the accused had taken a detour and traveled more than 30 miles to undertake his crimes against the older victim.
The older target was even made to feel pressured into touching him by Shaharudin.  ,
Even though she was wearing a school even, Ms. Teo claimed that Shaharudin did not inquire about her age when picking her up.
A person under the age of 18 who requests the erotic services of a minor faces a maximum sentence in prison, a great, or both.
For anger of humility,  , Shaharudin could have been jailed for up to two years, fined or caned, or given any mixture of these sanctions.
