After a video of the incident showing up online, the police are looking into a situation of a scholar from Qihua Primary School being constantly attacked by a child.  ,
In response to CNA’s question on Monday ( Sep 23 ), the police reported that a report had also been filed.
A student is hit by a smaller child who is wearing the Woodlands school even in a movie that lasts for about four hours and is shared on WhatsApp and Telegram.
The child is pushed to a part of a stair, where the girl repeated punches, kicks and throws him to the ground.  ,
In the movie, the teenager may be heard telling the boy to blow him in the stomach before proceeding to bite him. The child is also repeatedly taken by the throat and thrown to the floor, where he continues to be slapped and kicked throughout.  ,
On numerous occasions, the boy says” sorry, sorry I wo n’t do it again” while he is being taunted by the girl and another individual- possibly the one filming the incident.  ,
At one level, the girl asks the child:” You want to fight? You certain”?
The child, who is in tears by therefore, reads that he is” sorry” and “he will not do it once”.
