The Land Transport Authority ( LTA ) announced on Sunday that construction on the EWL portion where train services are suspended was 40 % finished, with work on schedule scheduled to resume by Wednesday.
LTA recently said that the disruptions were needed as a ,” constant windows” was required for the works to get completed.
