NAKHON RATCHASIMA: A man along with a woman were found in a fresh grave in Chok Chai region on Thursday night and local occupants said they were not known to them.

A villager gathering forest products documented finding a fresh pile of earth protected over with divisions near Ban Don Lai village in tambon Tha Yiam, about 400 metre distances from the nearest street.

The particular village head along with other residents went to take a look. They dug into the soil and quicky stopped when they revealed part of a body of a human.

Law enforcement were called towards the scene and rescue workers dug deeper, uncovering the physiques of a man as well as a woman buried about 1 . 50 metre distances deep. The bodies were naked, lying next to each other using their heads turned aside.

It was estimated they had  been dead at least three days. Residents said they failed to recognise them, plus there have been no reviews of people missing in the general area. Law enforcement said it was probably they were murdered elsewhere and their bodies delivered to the forest plus hidden.

The two bodies were taken to Chok Chai Hospital for complete post-mortem examination to aid investigation and recognition.

The woman had a distinctive tattoo on her back.
