According to reports in the media, Mumbai authorities had charged the owner of Ego Media with causing the signage’s installation.
AFP reached the city’s police on Tuesday night for comment, and there was no indication that the property’s owner had been taken into custody.
City council Rakhee Jadhav told AFP that the decline was unexpected, blaming bad design.
” This is not a disaster. If this accumulating would have been correctly installed… these deaths would have not happened”, she said.
” This place is a swamp and it is also a reduced- lying area”, she added. The rock should have been closer to the base of that hoarding, according to the statement.
