Thailand urges all parties involved in the Middle East conflict to use the highest restraint and halt all hostilities to protect civilians there.

Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra stated on Thursday that those in fight must abide by international humanitarian rules and the Charter of the United Nations.

They may show unity with the global community, she said.

At the third Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD ) Summit in Doha, Qatar, Ms. Paetongtarn spoke about the growing Middle East tensions.

She said that Thailand is “deeply concerned about the situation, which has had a significant impact on the innocent human people on the ground.”

Ms. Paetongtarn flew to Thailand on Wednesday for her first international excursion since taking office as prime minister in August. On Friday, she is anticipated to profit.

During her conversation, she also said that amid the various challenges that require global solutions, be it geopolitical tensions and conflicts, culture change and technological advancements, ACD leaders need to offer the security and development the world needs.

The Asian Century is frequently referred to as the 21st centuries. As home to approximately 60 % of the country’s population, Asia is both a global power and food safety heart, she said.

She said that Thailand’s food and agriculture industry is essential to the local economy and that it also ensures that the nation can meet the growing global demand for food supplies.

ACD countries should strengthen business sites and coincide standards to ensure that the world’s food supply chain continues to be strong and resilient, she advised.

Thailand’s geographic area makes it a natural doorway between East and West, she said.

” Its facilities– whether it be expanding street networks, railways, ports, or airports– has been designed with this corporate vision in brain”.

She then urged ACD partners to work together with Thailand to create new business corridors that will improve accessibility, encourage Asia’s economy growth, and maintain a global economy.

She claimed that now more than ever, the ACD’s part is important. Since its founding in 2002, the ACD has been Asia’s first and only continental-wide model that unites all different sub-regions, she said.

Thailand will try to incorporate this very same concept into its chair next month, she said. Thailand sees the ACD as a” converging forum of Asia” ( ).

She stated that Thailand would work to revitalize the ACD’s six cooperating columns.

Thailand looks forward to working with all member states to constantly promote harmony and shared success as a bridge contractor.

It will also work towards carefully aligning the ACD’s work with related categories and sites, such as the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and Brics ( Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa ), to boost their social impact on global financial stability and security.

She also emphasized the need for financial and economic security. One should strive for a” Balance of Financial Architecture,” she said, because of the agonizing knowledge of the Asian Financial Crisis in 1997.

To achieve this, Thailand sees the importance of revisiting the idea of a more balanced and tenacious economic infrastructure, in support of the international agenda on” Financing for Development”, she said.

Ms. Paetongtarn even expressed gratitude for the success of the third ACD Summit.

She said it demonstrates a shared responsibility to cooperation over fight and competition.

She noted that these agreements have fostered the resilient recovery and helped to spur economic growth and lift millions out of poverty.

Thailand will set out next year with its chairman with such heart of collaboration, she said, adding that it is the country’s sincere determination to keep forging stronger partnerships.
