Parit: Wants laws published

The Election Commission (EC ) should immediately release the qualifications for the 20 occupational groups that will make up the Senate candidates, according to the Move Forward Party ( MFP).

It even wants to know what the procedure is for individuals to present themselves to the government as the recent Senate term comes to an end on May 10.

Parit Wacharasindhu, an MFP list-MP and party official, posted on Instagram yesterday, reminding people that the selection process for a new set of Legislators is about to start.

None of the regulations regarding the selection procedure have yet to be made public, despite the EC’s recommendation to release them before Songkran at a conference on March 28th, according to Mr Parit.

There are two crucial notifications that will provide clarity to many, particularly those looking to use to get senators, among the published regulations and disclosures.

They are the skills needed for the 20 workplace organizations, such as the explanation of each team and the regulations regarding prospects ‘ self-introductions, including information on their activities, their opinions on changes to the constitution, and so forth.

The MFP official stated that the group anticipates the EC’s proposed rules for allowing candidates and residents to participate in the selection process as soon as possible.

In the event that the EC finds itself in a bind due to the selection process, which would allow the current lawmakers to serve in their opportunities for an undisclosed amount, Mr Parit even raised the possibility.
