Man arrested over death of 41-year-old man found unconscious at Clementi HDB void deck

SINGAPORE: A 50-year-old man was arrested on Monday ( Oct 21 ) after the death of a 41-year-old man who was found lying unconscious at a Housing and Development Board ( HDB) void deck in Clementi. &nbsp,

At 5 o’clock, the authorities received an alert along Clementi Avenue 4.

The 41-year-old was taken incapacitated to clinics where he died.

” A 50-year-old man was detained at ( the ) scene and arrested in relation to the case. According to the police, initial investigations revealed that both parties were well-known to one another, adding that investigations are still being conducted. &nbsp,

Around 5pm, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) responded to a call for assistance at Block 311B Clementi Avenue 4 in response to inquiries from CNA.

The block is part of Trivelis, an HDB development under the Design, Build and Sell Scheme ( DBSS).

A CNA user captured a police perimeter and several officers arriving on the scene in video. &nbsp, A man was seen performing respiratory treatment.

According to SCDF, it required a traveler to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.

A SCDF nurse evaluated another patient for slight injuries, but they chose not to be hospitalized.
