SINGAPORE: Following a significant downtime on a big MRT line, commuters in Singapore are prepared for transport delays.
For at least the rest of Wednesday ( Sep 25 ), regular train services will not be available on the East-West Line between Queenstown MRT stations in both directions.
Some stations will have shuttle trains running, but there wo n’t be any shuttle service between Jurong East and Buona Vista stations.
This comes after a Wednesday night incident where an southbound train developed a sin near Clementi Station at around 9am.
