The board studying the issue expects the first round of the vote on rewriting the mandate to occur in the coming months as the legislation is being amended in six regions, with electric seats now being permitted.

According to Nikorn Chamnong, official of the committee, the parliament-appointed council on studying the election has identified six areas for amendments that need to be submitted to the case for approval on May 28.

In the event that new MPs or members of local administrative organizations are required, the election will take place on the same day as a general election or a nearby vote. &nbsp,

Next, voting by mail, electronic voting or ballot by various methods is permitted. A vote district may use a variety of voting techniques. &nbsp,

Third, a winning vote may receive a majority of the vote based on voter turnout, not the number of available citizens. The majority voting must also reach the number of” no effect” seats. &nbsp,

Fourth, the Election Commission (EC ) is required to permit the expression of views by those who support or oppose the referendum. In the previous election, critics complained their opinions were snubbed. &nbsp,

Fifth, the EC has the option of designating the whole nation as a second electoral unit or to divide up provincial or district-level constituencies so that votes can be pooled and tallied up in the future. &nbsp,

Sixth, the election will be held at the same polling locations along with the general election or native vote.

According to Mr. Nikorn, the election investigation panel worked hard to come up with the law’s amendments. He thought the government had approve the amendments and submit the legislation to congress in time for its first regular program on June 18th.

When in legislature, the costs will be scrutinised within 45 days. &nbsp,

” I believe it will go along without a hitch because both the criticism and the government are on the same page about the proposed modifications,” he said. &nbsp,

The policy is likely to pass its second and third analyses, or last observations, before it is presented to the Senate for about a quarter of thought. &nbsp,

” We’re looking at the job in congress wrapping up in August”, Mr Nikorn said. &nbsp,

The EC may decide on the election day and reveal the election question that the case has approved after the bill is enacted. &nbsp,

Before the close of the year, the first of three shells might occur. &nbsp,

Voters will be asked to approve of the creation of a new contract in the first election. The following will ask if Area 256 may be amended to allow for the creation of a new contract if the majority of the group is in favor.

When a new contract has been produced, the state will carry a second referendum, asking voters to choose whether it should be adopted.

However, even though the process is being made more quickly, Mr. Nikorn insisted that the timeline is still preliminary at this point.

Before the president’s term in office comes to an end in less than four decades, Mr. Nikorn expressed confidence in the adoption of a new constitution. &nbsp,

He even suggested that a separate election be held to determine whether sections 1 and 2 of the charter may be changed. &nbsp,

Thailand’s chapters 1 and 2 discuss royal privilege, while Section 2 describes the monarchy as a single, unbroken, and democratically administered nation with a King as head of state.
