Almost thirty people have been reported killed and a bunch injured in clashes on the Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan border.

Battling regularly flares upward between the two former Soviet states, in whose border has been disputed since the collapse of the USSR.

A fresh fight which began previously in the week carried on Friday, inspite of the two countries saying yes a ceasefire.

Both sides blame the other for beginning the violence and breaching the ceasefire.

Some 24 people in Kyrgyzstan possess so far been slain, the Kyrgyz wellness ministry said upon Friday.

Earlier reports from Tajikistan said at least 3 people had been killed there.

Almost twenty, 000 people have fled their homes to prevent the violence, the regional branch of the Red Cross documented.

The discord has renewed worries of an all-out war between the two nations.
