Justice Minister Tawee Sodsong stated on Thursday that Thaksin Shinawatra is one of many prisoners whose hospital gets may be extended depending on the decision of pertinent specialists and physicians.

Mr. Tawee was in response to a report that Thaksin had been at Police General Hospital for 30 weeks before the Department of Corrections had permitted him to remain longer.
