Orbital Lasers, a Chinese walk firm, has reached an agreement with Indian start-up InspeCity Space Laboratories to discover opportunities for collaboration in satellite cleaning, in-space assembly and manufacturing and planetary security. The private sector initiative serves as a complement to the collaboration between the Indian Space Research Organization ( ISRO ) and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency ( JAXA ).
