A British man has been detained for allegedly serving as a trip link on Koh Phangan and various locations, according to Surat Thani.

The arresting group said on Friday that the 25-year-old Jabran Elahi was detained by tourists police and local authorities at a motel in tambon Ban Tai on Thursday evening.
