SINGAPORE: Northshore Plaza, the  Cover & Development Board’s (HDB) first seafront new generation local community centre, officially unclosed on Sunday (Jul 24).

Comprising two prevents and three storeys,   it is  located in Punggol Northshore District –  typically the HDB’s “first ingenious and sustainable district”, it said in a factsheet.

The development, which houses fifty two shops, is “designed to capitalise about its prime waterfront location and integrate seamlessly with the encircling developments”, said the particular board.
