We were pleased to discover that the omelette was no greasy at all because it has a fine balance of sharp edges and starchy bits, just the way we like it. The shellfish from Japan’s Murotsu Bay are thick, slightly sweet and salty.
The luscious pearls have a nice, crispy exterior but a fresh interior, which gives them a woozy creaminess when you bit into them. Delish when paired with the strong, sour chili sauce.
The oysters are kept in the fridge and simply cut when ordered to retain the beauty of the oysters.
” I may take the clams out if there’s a lane, but I will just shuck them when frying the egg. Because of this, clients might need to wait about 10 hours for their orders. Users ‘ health is more important”, shared Neo.
The S$ 8 simple orh luak is good too. While we like the stronger smoky flavour, the freezing medium- small oysters, though plump, taste to silver, especially compared to the fresh Japanese ones.  ,
For a style of both, go for the kepada orh luak, or the standard clam egg and leading up S$ 3 for each new oyster.
For a tray of five, S$ 15 for raw shellfish is also available.
