ESSENTIAL PROGRAMMES AND FACILITIES CHANGE

In her statement, Ms. Sun cited improvements in Punggol services over the past ten years as an MP for the electorate.

Permit me be clear that in Punggol West there was nothing, no features when I moved to Punggol ten years ago. I looked around me and saw so many young families and children that I didn’t yet have a collection for them, she said.

Prior to that, she used community resources to establish a box library before the creation of a Punggol local library. In addition to the collection, she noted that the transportation system has improved.

” You look round, Tod lines are being built, and routes are being built.” Well, Punggol is undergoing a lot of drilling. However, “what you see is a Punggol that is frequently developing,” said Ms. Sun, adding that Punggol is becoming a “more and more important house.”

Ms. Yeo, her team-mate, stressed how important it is to maintain Punggol as a “home that energises our elders, supports our communities, and protects our youth.”

” Many people who are in the group now and who are watching our spread online have spent more than 20 years in Punggol. Many of the people who have lived their whole lives in Punggol, raised their children there, and have since grown older with Punggol, she said in her conversation.

” We need to make sure that we continue to develop our Punggol area with the necessary amenities and programs to help our elders as they age with us.”

Mr. Gan also praised the combined wealth of his team’s property management experience.

” Janil, Xue Ling, and Thin Ling have about 30 years of experience running a village government,” said one of them. And I’ll take in additional 24 years of experience,” he said.

The minister, who is also the head of the Singapore Economic Endurance Taskforce looking into the effects of US tariffs, also made an appearance in his talk about the tumultuous world environment.

He claimed that he has been negotiating with his American peers regarding taxes. &nbsp,

On April 2, the US imposed tariffs on several nations, with a definable 10 % tax on any goods, including those from Singapore. The introductory 10 % work began on April 5 despite the fact that the majority of the taxes are currently undergoing a 90-day pause.

They are willing to talk with us because of the long-standing relationship the PAP state has with the US management as well as the US officials, said Mr. Gan. They are aware of us and have faith in us. It is not a done deal, but it is a great first step. We intend to pursue this diligently to give Singaporeans and other Singaporeans more chances. There is still a lot more to do.
