Chefs slow-cook pork knuckles to spoon-tenderness before deboning the deal by wrapping it in sticky grain and steaming it. The result is a premium, more- ish dumplings total of delightful textures. The Sweetened Purple Rice Dumpling with Custard is also new to this year’s line- up ( S$ 22.90, 280g ). The oozy pastry is encased in a mix of black and white sticky rice by purple sweet potatoes before being thinly covered in chewy mochi.
