At 1.55 p.m., when CNA arrived at the scene, cars were being diverted from the path leading to TC Homeplus.

Mr. Toh, an Evorich individual who lives in the building next to TC Homeplus, claimed he had just returned from breakfast with his coworkers when they discovered the fire at around 12o’clock at breakfast.
They removed their vehicles right away from the building and could see TC Homeplus employees leaving from the principal gate.
