A person who is accused of animal abuse, natural abuse, and property damage has admitted fighting with her same-sex companion but claimed she had not intended to remove their animal cat from a 21st-floor apartment window.

The 25- yr- aged woman, who gave her title as Waewprakai, said on Wednesday that she had been drinking before she returned to their level in a condominium building in North Pattaya, Chon Buri, on Tuesday morning.

She admitted assaulting her after getting into a verbal altercation with her same-sex companion.

But, she denies that she had a plan to throw their pet rabbit out of a glass on the 21st floor of the building around 7:30 am.

She claimed that her partner had pushed her out of their bedroom. She grabbed their animal rabbit and leaped it off the ground after seeing it. &nbsp,

Therefore, unless her partner agreed, she threatened to kill the rabbit. It was meant simply as a risk, to urge her partner to open the door, she said. When the door remained closed, she carried the kitten to a local windows. Her partner and her ex-girlfriend rekindled their heated debate.

The kitten became frightened, squirmed and jumped out of her arms and out of the windows, and fell to its demise 21 decks below, Ms Waewprakai said. She had no desire to hurt or kill the animal. &nbsp,

She claimed to adore dogs and cats. She had waited for the police’s arrival and apologized in the aftermath.

She reportedly lost her job working at a Pattaya membership.
