The alleged chief of a major drug network and her drug-felon boyfriend were arrested with resources worth more than hundred million baht grabbed from the woman within Nonthaburi yesterday.
Officers from the Narcotics Suppression Agency (NSB), Provincial Law enforcement Region 1 plus a military intelligence device raided 10 areas yesterday — three in Bangkok, five in Nonthaburi plus two in Saraburi.
The raid was a part of a police procedure against a major drug gang known as “SN77” ordered by Pol Gen Roy Inkhapairoj, a deputy nationwide police chief.
Pol Style Roy said the main focus was a home at the Laddarom housing estate in Pak Kred district of Nonthaburi.
There they caught Saranya Faknuam, 35, the alleged chief of SN77, plus seized assets including a Porsche along with a Lamborghini, each worth 30 million baht, along with four some other cars ranging within value from three hundred, 000 to seven million baht every.
Police also confiscated Ri- chard Mille plus Patek Philippe luxurious watches worth twenty million and 4. 5 million baht, respectively, said Pol Gen Roy, in addition to a 9mm pistol plus three magazines.
Pol Lt Gen Sarayut Sa-nguanpokthai, chief of the Drugs Suppression Bureau, stated the operation stemmed from the arrest simply by NSB officers and Bangkok police of two drug potential foods in possession of 5 million rate pills and 120 kilogrammes of crystal methamphetamine on Dec 13, 2017. Researchers extended the investigation and found evidence that Ms Saranya was the leader from the SN77 gang.

Officers yesterday also arrested Chokphiphat Chanwichian, 35, Ms Saranya’s boyfriend. He was pulled over on the Boromratchonnaree elevated road in Taling Chan district, Bangkok.
Mr Chokphiphat has been charged with assisting and abetting someone else in the commission associated with offences, Pol Luxury touring Gen Sarayut said.
According to the NSB chief, Ms Saranya, as the chief of SN77, experienced links with systems based in a neighbouring country that provided her gang with large quantities associated with drugs.
Mr Chokphiphat was released from prison last year after serving a sentence for drug offences. His job was allegedly to contact drug networks plus deliver drugs in order to agents in Bangkok and nearby provinces.
The particular pair allegedly washed money by buying luxurious goods.
