Keeping LOTS
Serious businesses may submit an application to supply lots at HDB multi-storey vehicle parks starting on Monday. According to URA, these auto gardens were chosen “based on the availability of storage and the input received.”

To apply for the loads, a person has to get:
- A Singaporean or permanent resident who is at least 18 years old
- The sole proprietor or user of a business  , incorporated in Singapore
- The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority requires the business to get registered with it.
A person can choose their preferred area from the roster of multi-story car parks. They must submit an application for at least four thousands, and they may submit an application for up to twelve lots per site per application.
No changes can be made again programs have been submitted, according to HDB’s site.
The sites may be assigned on a first-come, first-served schedule, according to the date and time each program is received, it added.
More than one company properly be assigned to the same vehicle area based on the availability of thousands at each one.
Successful applicants will sign a Temporary Occupation Licence ( TOL ) and be informed of its starting date. They will be able to use the parking lot for a time as a result of the program.  ,
A one-year TOL cost of S$ 70 per ton per month and a three-month security deposit will be required, based on the number of plenty that have been used.
Cars using the vehicle park for mail gateway activities will still be subject to parking fees.
At the conclusion of the Personnel period or upon termination, the security deposit may be refunded, provided that the page is returned to its pre-existing condition and meets HDB’s requirements.
From 9am to 6pm on a daily basis, the designated areas will be used for mail hub activities.
