Cyber force is ‘out to destroy’ Sino-Thai ties

Internet users have been forewarned by the Chinese consulate in Thailand about attempts by a” digital force” to incite conflict between Thais and Chinese people living there with the ultimate intention of harming Thai-Chinese relationships.

Online media reports claiming that numerous Foreign businesspeople and tour guides are robbing Thais of their work prompted the embassy to respond. Calls for action from the Thai authorities were made in conjunction with these.

The consulate urged Thailand to control these alleged misconduct instances case by case on its website and social media platforms.

According to the statement, cases involving improper work or business carried out by Chinese citizens in Thailand should never be generalized to include all Chinese residents of the nation or Taiwanese businesses operating below.

According to the report, a digital power was using the spread of online news and information against China and its citizens in Thailand to incite conflict between Thai and Chinese citizens.

It stated that the ultimate objective of this digital pressure is to sever Thai-Chinese ties.

According to the statement, China and Thailand will cooperate to put an end to this malicious website activity.
