The state budget company may downgrade contractors who evade deadlines, design standards, and public health in the Rama II Road expressway’s construction, according to Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin on Monday.

Following a number of issues on Rama II Road, the Comptroller General’s Department director-general Patricia Mongkhonvanit was summoned to meet with the excellent minister on Monday to address the issue and discuss actions to punish errant companies.

” The issues arising from the difficulties in the design job on Rama II Road continue to have somewhat troubling effects on people. Before heading to Melbourne for the Asean- Australia mountain, Mr. Srettha said,” They had been fixed.”

The prime minister said any business that did n’t meet the project’s deadline or whose work was subpar would be “downgraded.”

This suggested punishment, he said, will encourage them to pay more attention and take more accountability for their work on building projects.

The Comptroller General’s Department is required to review the resources for all state-related tasks.

Mr. Srettha did not specify what “downgrading” involved, nor did he specify whether the proposed sentence would apply to both the big vendors and suppliers. Building firms that win big projects typically contract large chunks of the work to smaller ones, breaking it up into various &nbsp sections.

The primary and most direct route connects Bangkok to the southern region, including Hua Hin, a beach city. This administration and its father both acknowledge that Rama II overcrowding hurts hospitality because local and foreign holidaymakers choose to travel there instead of being stuck in traffic jams.

Although the development of an road above the street from Bangkok to Samut Sakhon is intended to shorten travel times, delays in the construction, regular mishaps, and road closures have added yet more congestion, especially on weekends and long open holidays.

In some building accidents, fatalities have been reported. The most recent incident occurred on January 18&nbsp when a rope broke, killing a contractor and causing the helicopter’s raising basket to collapse. A contractor was killed by a falling cement block in May of last year.

Building on the new expressway is divided into 10 deals. The project was supposed to be finished in January of next year, but it started in February 2002. A six-month improvement has already been requested by the principal company until June 2025.

Transportation Minister Suriya Jungrungreangkit stated to reporters next Tuesday that the difficulties were caused by&nbsp, contractors experiencing liquidity issues after the Covid- 19 crisis, and the Highways Department forbidding job during rush hours.

The transport secretary stated on Tuesday that the government was thinking about using a scorecard to review them after they hands over the finished project to the condition. According to Mr. Suriya, companies with lower grades may become blacklisted from upcoming selling.
