The network enables caregivers to connect and promote experiences, and equip them with knowledge on managing mental health conditions.
Community groups and platforms like SG Support – which fits volunteers with people in need, and also operates a call center – also be sure that help is always accessible.
Caregiving affects all of us, it is a responsibility that no one should shoulder solely.
