Authorities in Bangkok possess detained a questionable Chinese businessman who is the subject of an international police arrest warrant for apparently running an unlawful online casino, police said Saturday.
She Zhijiang, 40, has been on the run through Chinese authorities since 2012, according to Chinese language media.
He has had questionable mega projects and gaming ventures within Cambodia and at Shwe Kokko in Myanmar’s Kayin state, as well as a lottery venture within the Philippines, multiple media reports say.

“The community prosecutor will post a (provisional arrest) request to the unlawful court next week, ” a Thai law enforcement official told AFP .
